Yesterday I cooked up a mess of food including a peach pie. You soak the peaches overnight or simmer them for about an hour.
All you need is one pound of dried peaches. Plain peaches are pretty delicious. Next time I’ll try adding some red wine.

I suspect you will like the pie made with dried peaches, very rich and denser than pies made with fresh or canned peaches.
