During her career in the nonprofit sector and state government she evaluated programs to ensure they delivered benefits.
In 2005 Catherine became a Master Gardener because she enjoys educating people. With sixteen years experience growing and using herbs Catherine is the Greater Baltimore Master Gardeners “herb expert”.
Catherine’s educational background includes a bachelors degree from Barnard College and a master’s from the University of California, Berkeley.
